Comprehensive psycho-educational assessments

Understanding how you learn
A psycho-educational assessment is a thorough evaluation of cognitive abilities, academic achievement, and psychological functioning. The goal is to understand how an individual thinks, learns, and processes information.
Assessments provide a detailed picture that helps individuals, families, and educators make informed decisions about support, accommodations, strategies and next steps.
Areas of specialization
ADHD
Comprehensive evaluation of attention, impulsivity, and hyperactivity to clarify diagnosis and guide support strategies.
Learning disabilities
Identifying specific learning differences in reading, writing, and mathematics to access appropriate accommodations.
Giftedness
Assessing advanced cognitive abilities to support appropriate educational planning and enrichment.
The assessment process

02
Assessment sessions
Standardized assessment measures and clinical interviews conducted over three or more sessions, depending on the scope of the assessment.
03

A detailed written report with findings, diagnosis (if applicable), and practical recommendations. A feedback session is included to walk through the results.
Who is an assessment for?
Assessments are available for individuals aged 10 and older — including children, teens, young adults, and adults — who are seeking an understanding of their learning and academic strengths and areas of concern, exploring an understanding of the impact of attention difficulties on functioning, and wanting strategies and approaches to improve functioning and achieve greater success.
