Counselling: As a Registered Psychologist, Dan offers compassionate and purposeful counselling for teens, young adults, and adults. Dan specializes in ADHD, anxiety, depression, relationships, parenting, men’s issues, and stress. His eclectic approach draws from CBT, mindfulness, acceptance therapy, and psycho-educational strategies to support your unique journey toward growth and well-being. Dan likes to describe his sessions as purposeful conversations about what is important and relevant to clients.

Psycho-Educational Assessments: Dan offers psycho-educational assessments with children (10 years of age and over), teens and adults in the following areas of specialty:​ Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder, Learning Disabilities, and Giftedness. Psycho-educational assessments also provide insight into the impact of other factors (e.g., mood difficulties, anxiety, family issues) important to a client's functioning and well-being.
